How it works
- Add what you buy. Name, cost, where you sourced it and where it is listed. The tracker counts how many days it sits.

Is the reseller profit tracker free?
Yes. Track unlimited inventory and up to 50 sales free, no sign-up. Starter is $12/month for unlimited sales, CSV import and the tax summary export.
Where is my data stored?
Only in your browser on this device. Nothing is sent to our server. Export a JSON backup regularly, because clearing browser data deletes it.
How are platform fees calculated?
From the same fee tables as the FeeMath calculators, checked October 2026, for eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Facebook Marketplace and Whatnot. You can override the fee on any sale with the exact amount from your payout.
Can I use it for my taxes?
It gives yearly totals for gross sales, fees, shipping, cost of goods sold and profit to help you prepare Schedule C. It is an estimate, not tax advice. Check with a tax professional.
Can I move my data to another phone or computer?
Yes. Download a JSON backup and restore it on the other device, or export CSV for a spreadsheet.
How do I cancel Pro?
Use the customer portal with the email you paid with. Pro stays on until the period ends.
