What Is It Worth? Resale Price Checker

Take a photo of an item at the thrift store or in your closet. AI identifies it and estimates a price range, then one tap opens real sold listings so you can confirm before you buy or list.

300 price checks a month, 500 AI listings and more
Free: 5 price checks. Starter unlocks the rest.

How the price checker works

  1. AI identifies the item from your photos: brand, type, model and likely era or style.
  2. It estimates a resale range (low, typical, high) for used condition in the US, with a confidence level.
  3. You confirm with real sold listings. One tap opens sold results on eBay, Poshmark and Mercari for the exact search. Type a few sold prices you see and FeeMath uses their median.
  4. See your profit on each platform after fees, and write the listing in one click.

The AI estimate is a starting point, not live market data. Always check sold listings before you buy for resale or set a price.

Why sold prices, not asking prices

Anyone can ask $200. What matters is what buyers actually paid. Sold listings on eBay, Poshmark and Mercari show real sale prices, which is why every comp button here opens the sold filter.

Know your profit before you buy

Enter what you'd pay for the item, and the checker shows your profit after each platform's fees, from Depop's 3.3% + $0.45 processing to Poshmark's 20%. Fees checked October 2026.

FAQ

How accurate is the price estimate?

It is an AI estimate based on what the photos show, not live sales data. Use the sold-listing buttons to confirm with real recent sales; the median of the sold prices you enter is used for your profit math.

Is the price checker free?

You get 5 free checks. Starter ($12/month) includes 300 checks a month plus 500 AI listings and the full profit tracker.

Are my photos stored?

No. Photos are shrunk in your browser, sent once to identify the item and not saved on our server.

Which platforms does it compare?

eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Etsy and TikTok Shop fees, using US rates checked in October 2026.

Can it price electronics and collectibles?

Yes, but include a photo of the model number or label. For rare collectibles, always confirm with sold listings or an expert.
