How it works

  1. Subscribe. Your Business account opens right after checkout, with a first shop ready.
  2. Add your shops. Name each one after the store it tracks, up to 10.
  3. Invite your team. Each person signs in with their own email. Pick Member, Admin or Accountant.
  4. Save to shop. Use the profit tracker and mileage log as usual, then save them to a shop so everyone sees the same numbers.
  5. Export at tax time. One summary per shop, plus every sale, item and trip, ready for your accountant.

FAQ

Who is FeeMath Business for?

Resellers who run more than one shop or work with other people: a partner who sources, a helper who lists and ships, or a bookkeeper who needs the numbers. Solo sellers usually only need Starter or Pro.

What does my team get?

Up to 5 people, including you. Each person signs in with their own email, gets every FeeMath tool unlocked on their devices, and sees the shops you share. Roles control who can manage the team, who can change data, and who can only view and export.

How does the cloud copy work?

Your profit tracker and mileage log stay fast because they run in your browser. Tap Save to shop to send them to the cloud, and anyone on your team can tap Open here to load the same data on their phone or computer. If two people save at once, FeeMath warns you instead of silently overwriting.

What is in the accountant export?

Four CSV files for any tax year: a summary per shop (sales, fees, cost of goods, net profit, inventory on hand, miles and the mileage deduction), every sale with its fees and profit, inventory still on hand, and every business trip at the IRS rate for its date.

Can my accountant log in?

Yes. Invite them with the Accountant role. They can see every shop and download the export, but they cannot change your data or your team.

How do I sign in on a new device?

Go to sellerfeecalcnow.com/business, enter your email, and tap the link we send you. There is no password to remember.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time from the billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you can still sign in and export after that.
